Using this website
These Terms govern your use of the SettleIn website and online move-in request process. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Service requests are not reservations
Submitting a form does not create a rental agreement, guarantee inventory, reserve a delivery date, or start billing. Service is subject to address verification, availability, payment approval, and acceptance of a separate rental agreement.
Pricing and availability
Displayed package prices are monthly base prices for new bookings and may exclude applicable taxes, optional additions, unusual access charges, or other amounts disclosed before checkout. We may correct errors and update future pricing. Changes do not alter an existing signed rental agreement unless permitted by that agreement and applicable law.
Your information
You agree to provide accurate contact, address, property-access, and move-in information. You may not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, or submit fraudulent requests.
Communications
When you submit a request, you authorize SettleIn to contact you about that request by email, telephone, or text. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing service. Message and data rates may apply.
Website content
Site text, branding, graphics, and design are owned by SettleIn LLC or used with permission. You may use the site for personal evaluation of our services, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without written permission.
Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SettleIn disclaims implied warranties relating to the website and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising solely from website use. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating solely to website use will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Rental disputes are governed by the signed rental agreement.
